OUR MISSION

Welcome to Bromance, where the sun shines bright and our camaraderie shines even brighter! We founded this community out of a need for a non-toxic, but competitive community. A community that people can call home, a place where they can be their genuine selves, and be surrounded by others who want to improve themselves so they may realize their full potential. We believe in a world where every person is valued, respected, and encouraged to be their best selves. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to create a healthy community of adults who know how to have a good time, while also shouldering their responsibilities with pride.

Our goal? To stand tall as the absolute best guild in the world. What sets us apart, is how we measure that greatness. It's not just about our victories in battle or the loot we gather. No, it's about the bonds we forge, the friendships we nurture, and the support we give each other through thick and thin.

We may be a hardcore community, but don't let that intimidate you. We value laid-back and casual demeanors, wrapped in serious attitudes when it comes to performance. We believe in having fun, but we also believe in pushing ourselves to be better, every single day.

EXPECTATIONS

--This guild is treated as a hardcore guild, therefore every member shall be held to the highest of standards.

--We do not allow multi-guilding, and we are not an alt guild. You must bring any and all active alts into the guild.

--Being able to afford full consumes for every raid you're rostered on, if you do not show up prepared and on time, you may be replaced.

--Min/maxing for PVE, gearing out for PVP, getting their absolute bis that they can acquire out of raid, treating their alts the same as their mains.

--Understanding the classes you have chosen to play, and knowing how to play them in both raid and PvP settings. You should research and learn each and every fight in a raid BEFORE the start time.

--If these requirements are not met leadership reserves the right to replace, bench, or guild kick a player based on performance and attitude.

Alt expectations: Treat your alts as a form of your mains. Everything stated above, we cannot afford to slack when we run splits. Don't waste people's time by not performing well on alts during a split. We want to have fun, clear raids, be efficient, and make the most out of our time. Everything that your main needs, your alts will need as well.

Raid Days, Times, Attendance

YOUR SPOT IN A RAID GROUP IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT. TO SECURE YOUR ONGOING POSITION IN A RAID GROUP, YOU MUST ROSTER FOR THE NEXT RAID IMMEDIATELY WHEN INSTRUCTED BY YOUR RAID LEADER, AND SHOW UP ON TIME READY TO DO THE ABSOLUTE BEST THAT YOU CAN.

Core teams raid on Tuesdays @ 7:30 & 9pm ST.

LOOT

--We use EPGP to fairly distribute loot throughout the guild in an effective manner. Complaining about loot will not be allowed.

RECRUITMENT

--Anyone may apply, only the strong will be accepted.
